I work with adults who are struggling with their own mental health, or looking for support with their children's mental health.
I work with teens who are struggling with self-confidence, anxiety, depression & a number of other mental health concerns.
I help children ages 5+ overcome mental health challenges including trauma and depression, using a variety of modalities including play therapy.
